System Requirements

• Microsoft Windows 2000 or XP
• Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 (Available by clicking here (23.1mb download))

Setup

1. Remove all previous VPN connections setup for the Purdue ITAP VPN Server.
2. Launch the downloaded executable from the link above.
3. Select the Edit menu then Preferences.
4. Click the Create New VPN Connection button.
5. Enter the desired name for the new connection. The default is ITAP VPN.
6. Click OK.
7. Click Save Preferences.
8. Enter your ITAP username and password.
9. Click Connect.

• Ability to easily setup connection to Purdue's VPN server.
• Allows for routing of only traffic to Purdue hosts through Purdue's VPN Server.
  All other traffic is routed through default gateway on local network.
• Auto Dial of default connection on application launch if desired.
• Auto Close of application on successfull connect if desired.
• Ability to override default routes for VPN connection by use of routes.txt file. For specifications see our FAQ's.
  (Default routes include all Purdue subnets.)
